When I pack for my long flight to France, I’ve stopped trying to pack toiletries. I normally just walk around the corner to a pharmacie and repurchase my essentials.

But some things are so dang good that I can’t leave them behind.

These are la crème de la crème.

I kept it SHORT AND SWEET. Sorry the photos are a little dark… it’s European winter over here

Would like to start by saying, IT COMES IN A STICK. One less tube of goo I need to worry about exploding in my suitcase. It is a full 1 oz. in the normal size and they also sell a mini .19oz (if you want to try before your commit to paying $36).

I LOVE that this brand is paraben-free, silicone-free, dimethicone-free, oil-free, gluten-free, and cruelty-free. They’re also eco-conscious & vegan. The ingredients are great and I feel safe wearing it everyday as a barrier between my skin and makeup.

Even on makeup-free days it blurs and cuts the shine in my T-zone. I have larger pores which can sometimes mean texture. But this helps makeup glide over flawlessly.

I also like to remind people that primers are a great barrier between your skin and makeup, so it’s important to find one you feel comfortable wearing being exposed to  having your skin absorb a lot.

My fave scent right now is LAVENDER+SAGE, but as I get to know the company more, I can’t wait to try more.

So why do I use natural deodorant? Because the aluminum found in antiperspirant is NASTY.

This is maybe the #1 thing I tell women to cut toxic things from their life. Antiperspirant has been linked to causing cancer HERE ARE THE FACTS. Here are some more myths & facts on the matter.

I still wear antiperspirant on occasion, but please please PLEASE consider a natural alternative, it could save your life.
