Not only do you get the benefits of drinking tea but the SPICE as well.

 

Whenever I feel a sore throat coming on (starting to get sick) I make a huge cup of spicy tea. Of course there is immediate relief for the upper respiratory (throat & nose) but if I keep it up all week, I’ve AVOIDED getting sick. That’s huge. I was notorious for getting sick every time the weather took a turn, but this little tip has helped me avoid a week on my back.

Tea (green, black, white) is a source of antioxidants that will boost your immune system. So even an iced tea in the warmer months will keep you in tip-top shape.

Spiced tea contains vitamin B, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and carotene, all essential minerals and nutrients for a healthy body. & is often associated with weight loss (yas queen)

Cinnamon is anti-inflammatory (reduces blood pressure + cholesterol), reduces fasting blood sugar levels (anti-diabetic effect), and is antibacterial + antifungal  (read more here)
